We are recruiting for a new member of our senior management team. We are welcoming applications for the following position within our reception team.
- RECEPTION MANAGER -
Position Responsibilities
· To lead and be responsible for the day-to-day reception operation, to lead the reception team and drive sales.
· To support and work with senior management team with the business operation.
· Ensure a high standard of customer care/experience & service is delivered.
· Ensure the front of house team are organised and clear in service delivery and sales targets.
· Continually identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
· Support any business administration & processes required within the role.
· Contracted Hours: Full time - Some evening & weekend work involved.
· Reports to Chief Operating Officer.
Personal Skills
· Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
· Has a passion and takes enjoyment from customer service and working with the public.
· Skilled & competent in IT software packages.
· Has an interest in sport and the health and fitness industry.
· Confident and capable in leading a team, able to develop skills and service.
· Works well in a team environment and on own initiative.
· Organised and pro-active in delivery.
· Strong communicator & role model to others.
