COVID-19 - TEMPORARY FACILITY CLOSURE
As a business we have closely followed government guidelines and advice in relation to COVID-19. Today, following the latest advice, we regret that Garioch Sports Centre will be closed from 20.30 tonight (Friday 20th March 2020) until further notice.
The health and well being of our customers, staff, volunteers and community is of the utmost importance to us and we must all do our bit to try and limit the spread of COVID-19.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your unwavering support during such unprecedented and challenging times.
We understand that this is a difficult and confusing time for our customers, community, volunteers and staff members and we ask that you please bear with us while we manage this situation as best we can. We will spend time working through what closure means for our activities, memberships and weekly let bookings and we will provide updates in due course.
At this time – more than ever – we remain committed to the importance of healthy lifestyles and we invite members to join our ‘GSC@home’ Facebook group where we will bring you regular workout videos which you can do from the comfort of your own home, live-streamed virtual classes and articles to keep us all going during this period of uncertainty.
Inverurie and the Garioch area, we stand with you and we remain committed to our community. We invite you to please continue to support local small businesses through this extremely challenging period if you can.
